Our Training Approach

Most leadership and problem-solving trainings focus on techniques for specific problems.

The Cognivers Method is different.

Our training develops the cognitive strategies that sit at the core of how people learn, analyze situations, and make decisions. Because these strategies shape thinking itself, they can be applied to any type of challenge—technical, organizational, relational, or strategic.

This is why the program is designed to unfold over time.

Changing thinking habits and cognitive patterns requires practice, reflection, and reinforcement.

The goal is not short-term inspiration, but lasting transformation in how people think and perform.

A Program Designed for Lasting Change

To create durable change, the Cognivers Level 1 program unfolds over 14 weeks, allowing participants to integrate new thinking strategies into their daily work.

The program includes:

• 42 hours of group training spread across 14 weeks

• 13 interactive sessions focused on developing cognitive problem-solving strategies

• A final evaluation session using the Cognitive Efficiency Profile

• 2.5 hours of personalized coaching delivered through three individual sessions

This structure ensures participants have the time to practice, apply, and consolidate new thinking patterns in real work situations.

An Adaptive Learning Approach

Unlike traditional training programs, the Cognivers Method adapts to the needs of the participants and the organization.

When multiple participants from the same company join the program, an initial evaluation can be conducted to identify which cognitive strategies should be prioritized based on the group’s and individuals’ needs.

The first phase of the program focuses on the core eight strategies, delivered over a minimum of eight weeks to ensure meaningful behavioral change.

The remaining strategies are introduced afterward, depending on the participants’ and the organization’s availability.

Individual Participation

Professionals who enroll individually join cohorts of participants from different organizations.

These cohorts typically follow the 14-week Cognivers Level 1 program, creating a dynamic environment where participants benefit from diverse perspectives and shared learning experiences.
