ABOUT US

The Cognivers Method draws on principles from cognitive science, including research conducted at the Université du Québec, and has been refined through more than 30 years of applied practice in organizations.
Developed and established in Canada, it is now expanding into the U.S.—bringing a proven, deeply refined approach to cognitive performance to a broader stage.

Huguette Rouillier
Founder
Huguette founded the original training organization in 1996 after several years of research on the cognitive and behavioral patterns that limit performance in organizations.
From this work, she developed the methodology that became the Cognivers Method, a structured approach designed to help leaders and teams think more clearly, solve complex problems, and improve decision-making.
Over the past three decades, her work has helped thousands of professionals uncover the hidden cognitive habits that shape performance and productivity in the workplace.
